I gladly accept exchanges of new, unused products, this excludes customs.
Please contact me within 5 days of delivery of item (via Contact form on this site or Facebook Messenger) to request an exchange or shop credit. Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization from Aloha and Light.
Product must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery of item, in the same condition as received and in original packaging with tags. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not received in new condition/shows any signs of wear, customer will be responsible for any loss in value of product.
Product returns or order cancellations are not offered at this time; however, if you have a problem with your order, please contact me to discuss a possible resolution.
Sale Items are final sale - no returns or exchanges.

We warrant that all products purchased on our site are free from manufacturer defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
Our products are handmade and may have slight variations that do not affect their use or safety. This warranty only applies to the original owner of the product and shall not include normal wear and tear, normal variations in fabric, fabric fading, dye transfer, common slubs, nubs and weaver’s knots present in the weave of the fabric, snags or rips in the fabric from outside sources or minor differences in the measurement of the fabric. Please note that cosmetic issues are not covered under warranty. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, unless notified of damage within 14 days of purchase or found to be manufacturer default. If the item cannot be repaired, customer will be issued a shop credit ( amount paid for original item) toward the purchase of a new product.
Any alterations made after your initial purchase from our site, including but not limited to ring swaps, tag removal and/or fabric dying, are done at your own risk. Any alterations shall void any and all warranties.
