Return Policy

I gladly accept exchanges of new, unused products.

Please contact me within 5 days of delivery of item (via Contact form on this site or Facebook Messenger) to request an exchange or shop credit. Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization from Aloha and Light.

Product must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery of item, in the same condition as received and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not received in new condition/shows any signs of wear, customer will be responsible for any loss in value of product.

Product returns or order cancellations are not offered at this time; however, if you have a problem with your order, please contact me to discuss a possible resolution.

Sale Items are final sale - no returns or exchanges.
